1. Age Verification

5. Returns, Refunds & Warranty

• Defective hardware items can apply for return/replacement within 14 calendar days upon receipt. Customers must provide clear photos/videos showing product defects.
• Used, burnt, damaged by user‑error products are NOT eligible for return or refund. Consumable accessories such as coils, pods are non‑returnable once opened.
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method after returned goods are received and inspected. Shipping cost for returns shall be borne by buyer unless defect originates from manufacturing.
